What is the return policy?
RETURN POLICY – REFINED FASHION
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
RETURNS
Timeframe:
You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it.
If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it – unused and in its original packaging.
For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions:
For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.
How to Start the Process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to support@refined-fashion.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A resaon for the return
- A foto of the product (in case of damage)
- Your contact details
REFUNDS
Procedure:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first.
If you still haven’t received it, please contact us at support@refined-fashion.com.
COSTS
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at €20, which are at the customer's expense.
EXCEPTIONS
Defective or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If the second shipment is also incorrect, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
